Student Workshop:
Who Am I, Actually?
✺ Best For: 9th- 11th Grade
✺ Length: Approx. 90 Minutes
✺ Format: In- Person or Virtual
Most students are asked to make big decisions before they've had the chance to really understand themselves. This workshop slows that down, giving students the language, tools, and permission to start answering the question they're actually being asked: who are you, and what do you care about?
Learning Outcomes:
Students will walk away with—
A clearer sense of their core strengths and what energizes them
Language to articulate who they are and what they value
A starting point for more intentional academic and extracurricular decisions
Less anxiety around 'not knowing' — and more confidence in the exploration process
Student Workshop:
Beyond The Job Title
✺ Best For: 10th- 12th Grade
✺ Length: Approx. 90 Minutes
✺ Format: In- Person or Virtual
When someone asks what you want to be, most students default to a job title. This workshop challenges that instinct. Instead of asking 'what do you want to do?', we ask 'what kind of life do you want to build— and what kind of work supports that?' Students leave with a more nuanced, flexible, and personally grounded framework for thinking about their future.
Learning Outcomes:
Students will walk away with—
A new framework for evaluating careers beyond titles, salaries, and prestige
Insight into the work environments, roles, and industries that genuinely fit them
A broader, more flexible sense of direction that keeps options open while still feeling intentional
Tools to keep exploring with curiosity and confidence as interests evolve
Parent Workshop:
How to Talk to Your Teen About Career Without a Fight
Most parents want exactly what their teenager wants— clarity, confidence, and a plan. But the way those conversations happen often creates more anxiety than it resolves. This workshop gives parents a new framework for showing up as a supportive guide rather than an added source of pressure, grounded in research on adolescent development and strengths-based coaching.
Learning Outcomes:
Parents will walk away with—
A better understanding of how teenagers process decisions about the future— and why they resist pressure
Practical conversation starters that reduce defensiveness and open real dialogue
Tools for supporting exploration without projecting anxiety or expectations
A clearer sense of when to guide, when to step back, and when to bring in outside support
Renewed confidence in their ability to have productive conversations about their teen's future
✺Best For: Parents of 8th- 11th Graders
✺Length: Approx. 75 Minutes
✺Format: In- Person or Virtual
