  • The Foundations package is designed for younger students (late middle school through early high school) who are just beginning to explore who they are and what they enjoy. This experience focuses on building early self-awareness through guided conversation, age-appropriate assessments, and exploratory activities that help students understand their strengths, interests, and motivations. Rather than asking them to decide on a future path, Foundations creates space to nurture curiosity, build confidence, and introduce the idea that career exploration can start by simply understanding yourself.
