The Design package takes it a step further than the Define package by combining a detailed career roadmap with personalized coaching to turn your goals into action. Along with assessments and in-depth exercises, you’ll receive five coaching sessions that focus on building confidence, refining your strategy, and taking tangible steps forward. Your roadmap will go deeper, with tailored roles, target industries or employers, resume positioning, and networking strategies—all broken down into a 30/60/90-day action plan. This package is ideal if you’re ready for clarity and the accountability to put it into motion.
